Job Description

The recruitment executive is responsible for creating a positive end to end candidate experience from application, scheduling interviews to on boarding, as well as being at the front line of helping built effective, talent acquisition processes.

• Responsible for handling IT requirements (Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.)
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
• Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and on boarding process
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed.
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
• Hands-on experience on the use of different job portals like Indeed, Monster, Career builder etc
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
• Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

Required Candidate profile

Proven experience as recruitment executive of at least 1 year.

Experience on C2H positions, consulting background.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, marketing or related field

Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques

Good communication skills, confident and pleasant personality

Ability to work with targets

Excellent with prioritization and time-management

Excellent understanding of recruitment processes

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 PA.
